It's beginning to look a lot like....

You will never believe what I did today. I went Christmas shopping.
What did that crazy heifer say?
You heard me. I went Christmas shopping. I went to Old World Pottery and they had out all of their Christmas decorations. I strolled through the Winter Wonderland for about an hour and then I picked up an ornament. Then another. Then wrapping paper. Then I found a couple of gifts. Then I went to lunch and made my "list" and shopped a little more and came home with all my treasures! Cool huh?
I found this cute "Reindeer Crossing" sign. That's cute as a Christmas decoration-- but it is funny for us, because we have deer constantly running down our driveway (we live in the country and have a l o n g driveway...)

I have to say, I never thought Spencer would be one of those kids obsessed with video games. Over the last couple of weeks, I have noticed he is choosing video games over other toys more and more. When he comes into the house he goes straight for the wii or the playstation--- he didn't used to do that. Guess I need to start watching his game time and balance it with other things, huh?

Ahaha, this pic could easily be my son. Not only does he have the very same shirt, but he also has the same "game face".
He's even being Mario for Hallowe'en!

Is the gaming chair really helpful for the posture? Love his shirt. My kids go through phases of doing the gaming thing. Its ALL they will do then for a while they don't do any at all.

If I had money, I'd go Christmas shopping! I can't stand shopping once the crowds come out. Though with our poo-poo economy, maybe there won't be any crowds this year... :(

Oh please!!! I don't want to hear the "C" word for at least another two months!! I have a 13th to get through yet *yikes*

Spencer's T-shirt says it all LOL. As for my girls - they're just computer hogs these days :( I have to wait until they're in bed at night to get on and have a play myself. Yes I have a new laptop but they've commandered that as well - one computer each *sheesh*

Riley goes through spells like this too. Then he'll go weeks without even turning a game on. He was getting pretty hooked on the computer thing there for a while, but I put my laptop up when we had company last week and haven't gotten it back out yet.

Regarding Christmas...holy cow, woman! Why don't you just rush things a bit! You'll make the rest of us feel like slackers! It's not really an issue for me this year. There is no money to spend. I'll buy for Riley and that's about it. My parents might get a pen or pencil...lol.
